This one is a given.

Fro. Yo.
I really don’t know many people who don’t love it.
And what’s not to love? Especially the toppings!
Below are the toppings you will always find in my fro yo bowl.
(Because I know you had to know.)

You may remember the bananas and whipped cream combo from another post earlier this week. What can I say, I like what I like!

Toppings you may find in my bowl depending on the day are:

Somehow these are never as good as I think they will be.

Another great fro yo topping option is, of course:
Sunny Seeds!

Unfortunately, however, my Fro Yo does not carry Sunny Seeds, but don’t worry, I am working on that!

Okay, your turn. What’re your favorite fro yo toppings?
When I was a kid, I loved Cosmic Brownies.

So much, in fact, that in fifth grade, my mom instituted the first and only diet she ever put me on: I could have one Cosmic Brownie or Nutty Bar at lunch or one after school, but not both.
Good thing I am an adult now and can make my own choices.
And brownies.

I give you the Sunny Seed Brownie.

Recipe
Your favorite brownies + 3/4 tube of these Sunny Seeds
The other 1/4 tube for toppings
Optional: chocolate frosting

Crunchy, delicious, and I’ll even let you have one at lunch and snack. (Sunflower seeds are good for you, after all.)
Enjoy.
